With a series of signature events throughout December, the 39th annual Festival of Trees will bring the 2024 holiday season to life in Greenville. Spectacularly decorated trees line the entranceway of three hotels in downtown Greenville, giving visitors and community members the chance to experience the magic of the holidays.

Funds raised from the 39th Annual Festival of Trees will support the creation of a Graduate Medical Education (GME) program at Bon Secours St. Francis Health System. This exciting opportunity will enable recent medical school graduates to complete their three-year residency at Bon Secours St. Francis. This will be very meaningful to the upstate, as there is a physician shortage and statistics show residents tend to stay where they are trained. The GME program will eventually be self-sustaining, and philanthropy will create spaces that will allow residents to train, fellowship and even sleep.
